We provide digital solutions including web development, SaaS products, SEO optimization, and content creation. Services are provided on a project basis or subscription, as specified in your agreement.

  • Services are delivered as described in project proposals or service agreements.
  • We reserve the right to modify services to improve quality or functionality.
  • Any customizations are subject to additional terms in the service contract.

Payment Terms

Payments are due as specified in your invoice or agreement. Late payments may incur fees. All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our refund policy.

  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or as agreed.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes.
  • Disputes: Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice date.

User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information and cooperate fully. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Complying with all applicable laws.
  • Not using our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property. Upon full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes. You grant us a license to use your provided materials.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to services for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
